WARRANTY

Every Millie & Co. product is carefully hand-crafted in our home studio with full grain Buffalo and Veg-tanned leather. As each piece of leather is different, subtle variances may occur from piece to piece, giving each piece its own unique character. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time, all pieces are final sale and will only be accepted for exchange in the event of a product defect. Exchanges must be made within 21 days of purchase. Each Millie & Co. piece is carefully inspected before being shipped and is rarely found to be defective. In the odd case your piece is defective, we will happily replace it as soon as possible. All pieces must be unused and returned with original packaging. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect for any signs of use. Any used pieces will not be accepted for exchange. If your piece is found to be defective, all shipping costs will be refunded. Customers are responsible for all customs fees.

The lifetime of a Millie & Co. product is determined by the elements it is exposed to and your care. Pieces should be treated as you would treat any leather, and should not be exposed to water, snow or other harsh elements, as this may cause tarnishing/fading and decrease the longevity of the piece in general. Should the piece be exposed to wet conditions, wipe off and allow the piece to dry on a flat surface. No Millie & Co. piece should ever be put in the dryer. Hardware tarnishing, fading, and fraying are all considered normal "wear and tear", and will not be eligible for exchange. Leather and/or hardware damage due to any action beyond regular wear is not a manufacturer's defect.

Please note that Millie & Co. does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of goods during shipping.

DISCLAIMER

All Millie & Co. collars and leads are for accessory use only. We, as the makers, assume no liability. It is the complete and total responsibility of the customer/user to use these pieces in a way that is safe for both pet and handler. Never leave a collar on your dog while unsupervised as it can become a potential hazard.
