WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Millie & Co. is proudly based in Ontario, Canada.
WHAT ARE YOUR COLLARS AND LEADS MADE OUT OF?
Each Millie & Co. collar and lead is made out of hand selected full-grain Buffalo leather and comes standard with solid brass hardware.
WHERE DOES YOUR LEATHER COME FROM?
We strive to create as little of an impact on the environment as possible. With the exception of a few items, our leather and hardware is sourced from tanneries and manufacturers in North America.
DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT LOCATION?
All pieces are currently crafted in our home studio and sold online only, however, you may occasionally find us at local markets in the GTA. Feel free to follow us on our social media accounts for information on upcoming markets and events: @millieandcoleathergoods.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PIECE GETS WET?
Although it is not recommended for your piece to be exposed to water, we understand that things happen. If your piece gets wet, wipe and allow it to air dry on a flat surface. No Millie & Co. piece should ever be put in the dryer. It is also recommended that you continue regular care with a leather conditioner or saddle soap.
WHY IS MY PIECE CHANGING COLOUR?
One of the most incredible parts of owning a leather piece is watching the unique patina develop over time. This is perfectly normal and gives each piece its own unique look. While black-dyed pieces will remain black, all pieces made from natural leather will darken over time (to a brown colour).
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM COMMISSIONS?

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE SHIPPED OUT?
All pieces are hand-crafted to order. Please allow 4-7 days (small pieces) or 7-10 days (bags and large pieces) for your order to be shipped. You will be notified via email if there are any changes to order times. Lead times may vary during holiday seasons.

At this time we only ship within North America.
